Common use of Service Level Clause in Contracts

Service Level. The Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Cloud Services accessible to the Customer, subject to the availability of third party infrastructure, required and emergency maintenance, availability of third party networks and communications facilities and force majeure events. The Cloud Services are hosted on a shared third-party infrastructure environment as set forth in the Cloud Services Attachment.
