Service Levels Not Designated. For Residential Solid Waste service levels not designated in this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR may provide the level and type of service negotiated and mutually agreed upon between the CONTRACTOR and Customer at the rates negotiated and mutually agreed upon between the CONTRACTOR and the Customer. All said service levels, types, and rates shall be approved by the TOWN.
