Service Managers. (a) Each Provider and Recipient shall designate one or more of its employees or representatives to be manager for each of the categories of Services listed in Section 2.1(a) herein (each, a “Provider Service Manager”, “Recipient Service Manager” or “Service Manager”, as applicable). Each Service Manager shall be listed in the Schedules hereto or shall otherwise be appointed, and the other Party shall be notified of such appointment, promptly after the date hereof.
