Service of a Notice. of intent to amend this Agreement as is herein provided shall serve to automatically terminate all provisions of this Agreement as of December 31, 2024 or as of December 31st of any succeeding year as the case may be, unless the parties hereto have disposed of all subjects of amendment sought by either party hereto either by agreement or by withdrawal of such proposed amendment by the party seeking same.
