SERVICE OF DRAWDOWN NOTICES. If the Trustee receives a Drawdown Notice from the Manager pursuant to clause 4.1, it must: (a) (SIGN DRAWDOWN NOTICE): sign the Drawdown Notice in accordance with clause 4.3(b); and (b) (DELIVER DRAWDOWN NOTICE): deliver the signed Drawdown Notice to the Liquidity Facility Provider by the time specified in clause 4.4(a).
