Service of notice of Terminating Event. If there occurs in relation to the Tenant [or the Tenant’s Surety] (or where the Tenant [or any Tenant’s Surety] comprises two or more persons there occurs in relation to any of such persons) a Terminating Event then the Landlord may at any time thereafter serve written notice on the Tenant determining this Agreement but without prejudice to any rights or remedies of any Party in respect of any antecedent breach of any of the obligations contained in this Agreement.
