SERVICE OF NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS. 37.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided within this Contract, no communication from one Party to the other shall have any validity under this Contract unless made in writing by or on behalf of the Party concerned. 37.2 Any notice or other communication which is to be given by either Party to the other shall be given by letter, or by facsimile transmission or electronic mail.
