Service of Notices. A notice, demand, consent, approval or communication under this agreement (Notice) must be: (a) in writing, in English and signed by a person duly authorized by the sender; and (b) sent by email to, for us, xxxxxxx@x-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and, for you, the last known email address for you that we have on our records.

Service of Notices. Service of Notices.
