Common use of Service Order Schedule Clause in Contracts

Service Order Schedule. In addition to any schedule provisions provided in Exhibit A or elsewhere, the parties shall meet the following schedule: Submittal Activity Anticipated Schedule Preliminary Design (30%) Documents 60 days after NTP PCCA Provide Preliminary Comments to Engineer 10 days after Engineer submittal Preliminary Design (60%) Documents 20 days after PCCA comments PCCA Provide Preliminary Comments to Engineer 10 days after Engineer submittal Final Design Documents 20 days after PCCA comments Should PCCA not return comments and/or instructions in the time listed in the schedule, the Engineer’s schedule for subsequent items will be extended by the same number of days by which PCCA comments or instructions exceed the scheduled review with no further recourse by the Engineer against PCCA.
