SERVICE PARITY AND STANDARDS. 11.1 Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, GTE shall meet any service standard imposed by the FCC or by any state regulatory authority for any Local Services, Unbundled Network Elements, Ancillary Functions and Interconnection provided by GTE to AT&T for resale.
