Common use of Service Payment Clause in Contracts

Service Payment. 11.1 In consideration of the proper performance by the Supplier of the Supplier’s obligations under this Contract the Service Payment shall be paid to the Supplier in accordance with Schedule 7. 11.2 The Service Payment shall be fixed from the Commencement Date to the second anniversary of the Services Commencement Date. Thereafter, any adjustment to the Service Payment (including during any extension period) shall be calculated in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Schedule 7. 11.3 Except where otherwise provided, the Parties shall each bear their own costs and expenses incurred in respect of compliance with their obligations under this Contract.
