Where NH provides a license under a ‘Service Provider Licensing Agreement’ (SPLA), the conditions of a license prohibit its use on any equipment other that those owned or leased by NH. The Customer acknowledges that such licenses are not transferable should they decide to terminate this Agreement and transfer their services to a third party.
