Service Provision. 1.6.1 Identity Assurance Services are required over three service delivery channels (E-Channel, telephone and face-to-face) where the contact has been initiated by the customer. Services will be offered as ‘Lots9’ for the purpose of establishing a commercial Framework. It is recognised that not all IDPs will (in isolation) be able to provide services across the full range of service delivery channels (E-Channel, telephone and face-to-face). For this reason, the intention is to pursue a modular, component-led procurement to encourage consortia / collaboration and to ensure participation from organisations of all sizes based on their ability to contribute. 1.6.2 Identity Assurance Services will need to be available to meet the Department’s standard operating hours appropriate to each delivery channel. These are detailed within each specific Lot.
