Service Quality and Performance Clause Samples

Service Quality and Performance. Each Party shall provide Services under this Article to the other Party that are equal in quality to that the Party provides to itself, its Affiliates or any other entity. "Equal in quality" shall mean that the Service will meet the same technical criteria and performance standards that the providing Party uses within its own network for the same Service at the same location under the same terms and conditions.

Each Party shall maintain the capability of respectively implementing basic protective controls such as "Cancel To" and "Call Gap."
