Service Quality. (i) The Provider shall ensure that the best and complete diagnostic, therapeutic and follow-up services based on standard protocols and medical practices/recommendations are extended to the Beneficiaries. It is also mandatory for the Provider to assess the appropriate need and subject the Beneficiary for treatment/procedure.
