Xxxxxx Permanente and the Alliance are dedicated to working together to make Xxxxxx Permanente the recognized leader in superior service to each other, to our members and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendors. In order to become the recognized leader in superior service, the parties agree to pursue a Labor Management Partnership strategy in which every region will have a plan to implement the following critical elements of service quality.
