Service Referrals. Ameritech shall refer all questions regarding any Requesting Carrier service or product directly to Requesting Carrier in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Implementation Plan. Ameritech shall use its best efforts to ensure that all Ameritech representatives who receive inquiries regarding Requesting Carrier services do not in any way disparage or discriminate against Requesting Carrier or its products or services.
