Common use of Service Rules and Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Service Rules and Guidelines. Company and all Authorized Users shall use the CrossLead Module solely for its internal purposes as contemplated by this Agreement and shall not use the SaaS Service to: (a) transmit material containing software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the CrossLead Module or the data contained therein; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the CrossLead Module computer systems or networks related to the CrossLead Modules; or (d) interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the CrossLead Modules.
