Common use of Service Termination Clause in Contracts

Service Termination. Unless otherwise specified in the Service Order, if the Company terminates a Service Order without good cause, or if Consultant terminates a Service Order or Service with cause after the Service Activation Date but prior to the expiration of the Service Term, the Company shall pay Consultant an amount equal to the MRC for the Service(s) for the balance of the Service Term, plus any additional NRC or other Charges incurred by Consultant pursuant to the Service Order including any and all software, equipment, subscription, installation and special construction costs, and any and all other costs and fees incurred by Consultant in connection with providing the Service.
