Service Testing. The Service Provider shall be responsible for end-to-end testing. Billing for an individual circuit will only start upon the successful completion of the installation and achievement of the service level agreement.
Service Testing. Cyta accepts 3 working days for testing. If Customer does not inform Cyta at the end of the 3-day period that the Service is not accepted, then the contract is activated. This day is considered as the RFS date, at which MRC is initiated. The 3-day period starts with the relevant notification from Cyta to the Customer that the service is ready. Service Testing. If selected as a finalist, Offerors must agree to provide the Evaluation Committee the opportunity to place test calls as part of the selection process at no cost. Offerors must provide a toll free number, code and other necessary information as part of their proposal to allow the Evaluation Committee to place a test call at no cost. Test calls will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis, and Offerors will be disqualified from further evaluation for wait times of longer than two (2) minutes, for poor connectivity or static, if translators are not fluent in the English language, and/or if the evaluation committee determines the Offeror cannot adequately meet the requirements to perform the level of service as outlined in this RFP.
Service Testing. OA may perform Service Testing after a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior notice to Customer, and after reasonable efforts to coordinate such testing with Customer to minimize disruption of its use of the Service. OA shall limit such testing to circumstances in which testing is necessary to maintain or initiate new service on the Serving Satellite, to properly coordinate with other satellite users or operators, or to otherwise prudently manage its Satellites while minimizing Service Testing to the greatest extent possible; (ii) Emergency --------- Testing. Service Testing. Once Uninet delivers the Ports, the Customer will have a maximum period of seven calendar days to test and accept the Service. If the Customer does not report any Service failure within such term, the Services will be deemed accepted pursuant to paragraph c) of this Exhibit. 1. Making connection tests using the following protocols:

d. The following are the connection testing characteristics:
I. No disconnections (the session must remain active at least 5 minutes).
II. Negotiation speed with the MODEM equal to or in excess of 38,600 kbps. Otherwise, the MODEM will be reviewed to make sure that it is connected to another already operating city in order to check that the MODEM allows a connection equal to or in excess of 38,600 kbps.
III. Availability of Internet navigation capacity.
2. In all protocols, make sure [VALIDAR] that access to Internet services is available and check Internet navigation.
3. Make sure of the proper routing of the number by making such calls as may be necessary to check the proper operation of each module.
4. Make sure that the following measurements are complied with during the testing period with the minimum quality parameters to accept the Service in:
a. Non-completed Traffic and Completion of calls.
b. Abnormal Disconnections measured by the Customer and Uninet.
c. Connection try failures measured by the Customer and Uninet. Item 4 above will apply only if the Services are requested for cities other than those listed on Exhibit 8 hereto or if the Service calls for new routing [DIRECCIONAMIENTO] or new or additional equipment or if the required Service needs more than 30 trunk lines.
5. Make sure that there are no outstanding failure reports in connection with Table 2 of Exhibit 4, Quality Parameters. If at the end of the testing stage the preceding checklist has been fulfilled, the Services will be deemed to have been accepted and the provisions of paragraph c) of this Exhibit will apply. Otherwise, the testing stage will be extended until the items included in the above checklist have been completed.

Service Testing. Unless CUSTOMER is prohibited by law, for each Call Origination Area, CUSTOMER shall provide Metro One at CUSTOMER expense two (2) telephones and access lines on CUSTOMER'S system for technical support and quality control of the Metro One System.
Service Testing. Metro One may negotiate with each Mobile Carrier for the provision of a wireless telephone, wireless access line of landline access line to be used to test the quality of Metro One's services for such Mobile Carrier. Nothing in this Agreement shall require Metro One and any Mobile Carrier to come to an agreement on this provisioning.
