Service to Qualify Clause Samples
The 'Service to Qualify' clause defines the specific services or actions that must be performed in order for a party to meet certain eligibility or qualification requirements under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the standards, criteria, or benchmarks that must be achieved, such as completing a training program, passing an assessment, or providing documentation. By clearly stating what is required to qualify, the clause ensures that both parties understand the expectations and reduces the risk of disputes over eligibility or compliance.
