(b) A Casual Nurse who becomes a Regular Nurse shall have time worked in any position with the Employer commencing on the first shift worked in the most recent employment relationship with the Employer, converted to Service, subject to the provisions of Article 21.00 (b)service, for the purpose of vacation accumulation only, only on the basis of 1950 2080 hours equalling equaling one (1) year of Serviceservice.
