Common use of Servicer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Servicer Obligations. (i) Computershare, in any of its capacities hereunder, shall have no obligation to provide investment directions pursuant to Section 2.11 or any other Section requiring investment directions from the Servicer. (ii) Computershare, in any of its capacities hereunder, shall not be responsible for any deficiency collections or enforcement of the Borrower’s rights under the First Tier Master Purchase Agreement or Second Tier Purchase Agreement, as set forth in Section 7.03(c)(i). The Administrative Agent xxxxxx agrees to enforce the rights of the Borrower under the Second Tier Purchase Agreement.
