Common use of Servicer to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit H, in such form as the Master Servicer and the Servicer shall agree upon with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by the Servicer, no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date. The Master Servicer and WMMSC shall each provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, with respect to WMMSC, each Mortgage Loan serviced by it or, with respect to the Master Servicer, all the other Mortgage Loans no later than (1) with respect to WMMSC, the applicable Data Remittance Date and (2) with respect to the Master Servicer, no later than seven calendar days prior to the related Distribution Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each class of certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit H, and any other information the Master Servicer requires, in such form as the Master Servicer shall reasonably request, or in such form as may be mutually agreed upon between such Servicer and the Servicer shall agree upon Master Servicer, with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by the Servicer, such Servicer no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance DateDate to enable the Master Servicer to provide such information to the Trust Administrator. The Master Servicer Servicer, with respect to the Mortgage Loans which are not WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, and WMMSC, with respect to the WMMSC Serviced Mortgage Loans, shall each provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit H, I in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, with respect to WMMSC, each Mortgage Loan serviced by it or, with respect to the Master Servicer, all the other Mortgage Loans request no later than (1) with respect to WMMSC, twelve noon on the applicable Data Remittance Date and (2) with respect to the Master Servicer, no later than seven calendar days prior to the related Distribution Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each class Class of certificates Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit HG, in such form as the Master Servicer and the Servicer shall agree upon reasonably request with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by the Servicer, Servicer no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date. The Master Servicer and WMMSC shall each provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit HG, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, with respect to WMMSC, each Mortgage Loan serviced by it or, with respect to the Master Servicer, all the other Mortgage Loans no later than (1) with respect to WMMSC, the applicable Data Remittance Date and (2) with respect to the Master Servicer, no later than seven calendar days prior to the related Distribution Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each class of certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Each Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit G, or with respect to WMBFA, Exhibit H, in such form as the Master Servicer and the Servicer shall agree upon reasonably request with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by the Servicer, Servicer no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date. The Master Servicer and WMMSC shall each provide to the Trust Administrator for the information set forth in Exhibit HG, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, with respect to WMMSC, each Mortgage Loan serviced by it or, with respect to the Master Servicer, all the other Mortgage Loans no later than (1) with respect to WMMSC, the applicable Data Remittance Date and (2) with respect to the Master Servicer, no later than seven calendar days prior to the related Distribution Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each class of certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

Servicer to Cooperate. Each Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Master Servicer the information set forth in Exhibit G, or with respect to Fifth Third, Exhibit H, in such form as the Master Servicer and the Servicer shall agree upon reasonably request with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by the Servicer, Servicer no later than twelve noon on the Data Remittance Date. The Master Servicer and WMMSC shall each provide to the Trust Administrator the information set forth in Exhibit HG, in such form as the Trust Administrator shall reasonably request, with respect to WMMSC, each Mortgage Loan serviced by it or, with respect to the Master Servicer, all the other Mortgage Loans no later than (1) with respect to WMMSC, the applicable Data Remittance Date and (2) with respect to the Master Servicer, no later than seven calendar days prior to the related Distribution Date, to enable the Trust Administrator to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each class of certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.
