Services Analyses. Oracle shall be entitled, both during and after the termination or expiry of this Agreement, but always in accordance with GDPR or other applicable data protection legislation, to use any and all findings, analyses, data, research results and records resulting from the Services or collected in the course of or in connection with providing the Services or Deliverables for its own internal purposes, as part of its own databases and for purposes connected with its business, including for purposes of establishing industry norms, conducting case studies and industry attainments, and including in connection with any relevant legal dispute, but Oracle and its affiliates will maintain the anonymity of Client and the confidentiality of Deliverables.
