Risk Analysis. The Custodian will provide the Fund with a Risk Analysis with respect to Securities Depositories operating in the countries listed in Appendix B. If the Custodian is unable to provide a Risk Analysis with respect to a particular Securities Depository, it will notify the Fund. If a new Securities Depository commences operation in one of the Appendix B countries, the Custodian will provide the Fund with a Risk Analysis in a reasonably practicable time after such Securities Depository becomes operational. If a new country is added to Appendix B, the Custodian will provide the Fund with a Risk Analysis with respect to each Securities Depository in that country within a reasonably practicable time after the addition of the country to Appendix B.
Risk Analysis. The Custodian will provide the Fund on behalf of the Series with a Risk Analysis with respect to Securities Depositories operating in the Foreign Countries. If the Custodian is unable to provide a Risk Analysis with respect to a particular Securities Depository, it will notify the Fund on behalf of the Series. Custodian shall advise whether a particular Securities Depository meets the objective standard set forth in applicable provisions of Rule 17f-7 of the Act. If a new Securities Depository commences operation in one of the Foreign Countries, the Custodian will provide the Fund on behalf of the Series with a Risk Analysis in a reasonably practicable time after such Securities Depository becomes operational. If a new country is added to Appendix C, the Custodian will provide the Fund on behalf of the Series with a Risk Analysis with respect to each Securities Depository in that country within a reasonably practicable time after the addition of the country to Appendix C.

Risk Analysis. The Parties recognise that risk analysis is an important tool for ensuring that sanitary or phytosanitary measures have a sound scientific basis.

Risk Analysis. Such Purchaser has analyzed and considered the risks of an investment in the Convertible Notes and the Underlying Shares (if any) and determined that the Convertible Notes and the Underlying Shares (if any) are a suitable investment for such Purchaser and that such Purchaser is able at this time and in the foreseeable future to bear the economic risk of a total loss of such Purchaser’s investment in the Issuer. Such Purchaser acknowledges specifically that a possibility of total loss exists.

If the Custodian is unable to provide a Risk Analysis with respect to a particular Securities Depository, it will promptly notify the Fund Company. Risk Analysis. Notwithstanding compliance with regard to CIDB registration or any other requirements of the tender, the employer will perform a risk analysis in respect of the following:
a) reasonableness of the financial offer
b) reasonableness of unit rates and prices
c) the tenderer's ability to fulfil its obligations in terms of the tender document, that is, that the tenderer can demonstrate that he/she possesses the necessary professional and technical qualifications, professional and technical competence, financial resources, equipment and other physical facilities, managerial capability, reliability, experience, reputation, personnel to perform the contract, etc. No tenderer will be recommended for an award unless the tenderer has demonstrated that he/she has the resources and skills required.
Risk Analysis. 1. The Parties shall strengthen their cooperation on risk analysis in accordance with the SPS Agreement while taking into account the relevant decisions of the WTO SPS Committee and international standards, guidelines, and recommendations.
2. When conducting a risk analysis, an importing Party shall:
(a) ensure that the risk analysis is documented and that it provides the relevant exporting Party with an opportunity to comment, in a manner to be determined by the importing Party;
(b) consider risk management options that are not more trade restrictive than required1 to achieve its appropriate level of sanitary or phytosanitary protection; and
(c) select a risk management option that is not more trade restrictive than required to achieve its appropriate level of sanitary or phytosanitary protection, taking into account technical and economic feasibility.
3. On request of an exporting Party, an importing Party shall inform the exporting Party of the progress of a specific risk analysis request, and of any delay that may occur during the process.
4. Without prejudice to the Parties’ right to take emergency measures consistent with Article 4.9 (Emergency Measures), no Party shall stop the importation of a good of the other Party solely for the reason that the importing Party is undertaking a review of a sanitary or phytosanitary measure, if the importing Party permitted importation of the good of the other Party at the time of the initiation of the review.
