Services and Programming. Grantee shall provide Grantor with a list of program services offered, which list shall be updated each time a change is made. Grantee shall not reduce the number of program services without thirty (30) days prior written notification to the Grantor and Cable System Subscribers unless caused by circumstances beyond Grantee's reasonable control.

(a) Except as required by or pursuant to applicable law, all Programming decisions are at the sole discretion of the Licensee and may be subject to change from time to time.
(b) To the extent required by applicable law, the Licensee shall provide Basic Cable Service, which shall include at least all area broadcast television Signals which it is required to carry by applicable law, and the PEG Access Downstream Channels.

Services and Programming. Section 5.1---BASIC SERVICE It is the Licensee's intention to provide a Basic service which shall initially include at least all programming on the basic service tier on the channel line up as of the Execution Date of this license, which line up may be modified at Company's sole discretion at any time in accordance with all applicable laws.

(a) Except as required by law, all Programming decisions are at the sole discretion of the Licensee and may be subject to change from time to time.
(b) To the extent required by applicable law, the Licensee shall provide Basic Cable Service, which shall include at least all area broadcast television signals in the Malden, Massachusetts area which it is required to carry and the Downstream channels, for PEG use.
(c) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act and subject to Section 5.1(a) , the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of programming set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to federal law, all programming decisions, including the programming listed in Exhibit 1, attached hereto, are at the sole discretion of the Licensee, and such programming may be subject to change from time to time.
(d) The Licensee shall provide the Issuing Authority and all Subscribers with notice of its intent to substantially change the Malden programming line-up at least thirty (30) days before any such change is to take place. At the same time, the Licensee shall also provide Subscribers with a channel line-up card or other suitable marker or notice of the existence of an electronic program guide indicating the new channel line-up.

(a) Attached hereto, as Exhibit 2, are the different options to VCR owners for installing VCRs to be compatible with the Cable System. In accordance with 207 CMR 10.03(1), t The Licensee shall notify Subscribers annually of the options available and applicable charges, if any , regarding consumer- owned equipment .
(b) No later than System Completion, the Licensee shall produce a videotape explaining the above VCR procedures and options and provide said videotape to the City for cablecasting on one of the PEG Access Channels.
(c) To further ensure the maximum functioning of VCR’s, it is the Licensee’s present intention not to Scramble or otherwise encode, in any manner or form, for the entire term of this Renewal License,
1) any off-the-air Signals or 2) any of the PEG Access Channels. For purposes of this Section 5.6(c), "off-the-air Signals" shall mean any local broadcast television Signals received at the Licensee's Headend without the aid of any intervening relay device or receiving dishes. Services and Programming. The Licensee shall provide the Issuing Authority with a list of programming services and other services offered, which list shall be attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Services List"). The Services List shall include all applicable charges and pricing schedules. The Licensee shall not alter the number of program services or other services or any charges or pricing schedules without thirty (30) days prior written notification to the Issuing Authority and System Subscribers subject to Applicable Laws.

(c) The Licensee reserves its rights to Scramble or otherwise encode any cable channel(s) to protect the Licensee from unauthorized reception of its Signals to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Services and Programming. (a) Grantee shall provide Grantor with a list of program services offered, which list shall be updated each time a change is made. Grantee must provide all subscribers, and Grantor, with not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of any proposed changes in rates and charges and any proposed reduction or augmentation of programming services, unless Grantor agrees in writing to waive this requirement.
(b) Grantee has the right to establish different classifications of service for residential and commercial subscribers. Grantee’s charges and rate schedules must be adopted and maintained in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
