Common use of Services and Service Fee Clause in Contracts

Services and Service Fee. (1) Provided the relevant prerequisites are fulfilled, the Customer shall be entitled within the service period of this contract to make use in return for payment of the VGS ser- vices offered below in connection with the "Trading" product: • partial capacity transmission according to § 7, section (1), • gas transfer according to § 8, section (1).

(1) Provided the relevant prerequisites are fulfilled, the Customer customer shall be entitled within the service period of this contract to make use in return for payment of the VGS ser- vices services offered below in connection with the "Trading" product: • partial exceeding of capacity transmission according to § 7, section (1), • gas transfer according to § 8, section (1) and (2).

Services and Service Fee. (1) Provided the relevant prerequisites are fulfilled, the Customer customer shall be entitled within the service period of this contract to make use in return for payment of the VGS ser- vices services offered below in connection with the "Hub Trading" product: • partial capacity transmission according to § 715, section (1), • gas transfer according to § 816, section (1).

Services and Service Fee. (1) Provided the relevant prerequisites are fulfilled, the Customer customer shall be entitled within the service period of this contract to make use in return for payment of the VGS ser- vices service offered below in connection with the "TradingTrading + Gas" product: • partial capacity transmission according to § 7, section (1), • gas transfer according to § 8, section (1).
