Common use of Services by ABF Clause in Contracts

Services by ABF. By execution of this Appointment, ABF hereby accepts to provide management service for the Plan and agrees from and after the effective date (a) to supervise and direct the portfolio of the Plan; (b) to appraise and review at reasonable intervals during the period of this Appointment for the plan portfolio, as initially accepted by ABF, together with all additions, substitutions and alterations thereto; and (c) to render to Client statement of the value of the Plan by email/mail/fax periodically. Other than the services referred to above, ABF shall never participate in any decisions or activities of the Plan. Services by ABF.
