Services by Agreement. The Licensee shall, in any service by agreement arrangement that it enters with another person pertaining to the supply of water by the Licensee, ensure that the service by agreement arrangement clearly identifies whether the water to be supplied under that agreement is intended for drinking or is not intended for drinking.
