Common use of SERVICES BY CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. Consultant shall perform the services described in the scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, (“Services”), in a manner consistent with the accepted practices for other similar services, performed to the City’s satisfaction, within the time period prescribed by the City and pursuant to the direction of the City Manager or his/her designee.

SERVICES BY CONSULTANT. Consultant shall perform the services described in the scope of work attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, along with any Specifications, Addenda, and other Exhibits attached hereto, which documents are incorporated by this reference, (“Services”), in a manner consistent with the accepted practices for other similar services, performed to the City’s satisfaction, within the time period prescribed by the City and pursuant to the direction of the City Manager or his/her their designee.
