The Parties acknowledge that, upon written notice to Recipient, Provider may modify, change or enhance the manner, methodology, systems or applications used in the performance of any Service to the extent Provider is making a similar change in the performance of such services for their respective businesses or to the extent such change does not have a material adverse effect on the standard of service set forth in Section 3.1.
