Services Commencement Date. Subject to the terms of this Contract, the Contractor shall provide the Services to the Authority, at all times on and from the Services Commencement Date, with respect to the Young People.

(a) Upon agreement of terms of the Mobilisation Plan in accordance with clause 4.2, Sodexo shall immediately begin implementation of the Mobilisation Plan to prepare for the provision of Services on the Services Commencement Date, whereby the implementation shall be done to achieve the tasks within the timelines set in the Mobilisation Plan.

The start date for the period of TAM Service begins upon the date(s) showing on the Contract Notification issued upon Infoblox’s acceptance of a valid purchase order from Customer and subsequent invoicing. Infoblox shall send Customer a welcome packet which will contain the TAM Engineer’s name and contact information.
