Common use of Services Contractor Agrees to Perform Clause in Contracts

Services Contractor Agrees to Perform. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor will perform all of the services set forth in Appendix A (SaaS Implementation and Training Services), Appendix B (SaaS Application and Hosted Services), and the following: (a) Maintenance and Support. Contractor shall provide Maintenance/Support in accordance with Appendix B (SaaS Application & Hosting Services). Maintenance and Support Services include the provision of upgrades and a service desk, during the term of this Agreement for the SaaS Application(s).
