Common use of Services Incentive Clause in Contracts

Services Incentive. Program (NSIP) means the program whose purpose is to provide incentives to encourage and reward effective performance by the AAAs in the efficient delivery of nutritious meals to older individuals. The program consists of a cash allotment based on the ratio of the number of meals served by each Planning and Service Area (PSA) compared to the total number of meals served in the State in the prior-prior federal fiscal year.
