SERVICES INSTALLATION. The Contractor shall ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and similar service installations; equipment and their associated services are installed in such order that will ensure that all essential components and parts are accessible for the purposes of maintenance and replacement. JOINING UP In addition to any particular items of work specified, the Contractor shall ensure that the joining of all existing and new work and the cutting away in connection therewith shall be carried out in a manner approved by the Superintendent and made good in all trades to match existing adjacent work.
