Services Intended for U.S.-Based Users. The Services is controlled and operated from facilities within the United States. We make no representations that the Services is appropriate or available for use in any other country, territory, or jurisdiction. You shall not access the Services from territories where the content, including, but not limited to, any Services software, design, text, images, photographs, infographics, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material, information, materials, alerts, texts, articles, assessments, checklists, forms, ratings, design, data, source code, analytics, photos, software, and other copyrightable or otherwise legally protectable elements of the Services, and the selection, sequence, “look and feel”, or arrangements of either, and trademarks, service marks, trade names, and/or other information (collectively, “Content”) on the Services are prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of and to observe all applicable laws and regulations of your country, territory, or jurisdiction of residence and you are must satisfy yourself before accessing the Services that you are allowed to access the Services under‌ those laws and regulations. IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, YOUR USE OR ACCESS THE SITES SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND INITIATIVE.

  • TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE 38.1. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Embarq currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. Such resale may be as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided by Embarq to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale." To the extent that this Part describes services which Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale pursuant to this Agreement, this list of services is neither all inclusive nor exclusive.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • Unlawful Internet Gambling and Other Illegal Activities You agree that you are not engaged in unlawful internet gambling or any other illegal activity. You agree that you will not use any of your accounts, access devices or services for unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities. We may terminate your account relationship if you engage in unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
