Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic. For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic. For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by VarTec for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by VarTec, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit VarTec to route the VarTec Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by VarTec. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by VarTec and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at VarTec's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic. For a Frontier Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by Onvoy for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by Xxxxx, Frontier will establish an arrangement that will permit Onvoy to route the Onvoy Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by Xxxxx. Frontier will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Frontier will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by Xxxxx and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Onvoy's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, Onvoy will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Onvoy shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to Onvoy’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MMG and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MMG's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MMG will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by PNG and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at PNG's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Voxbeam's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by Xxxx Tell and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Xxxx Tell's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by Xxxxxx and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Navtel's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, Navtel will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by Nettalk and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Nettalk's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, Nettalk will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Nettalk shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to Nettalk’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
