If SERVICES are not in full compliance with this AGREEMENT, then BUYER is entitled to a credit or to withhold payment in whole or in part, and BUYER, upon prior written notice to SELLER, may employ a third party to perform SELLER’s obligations under this AGREEMENT at SELLER’s expense.
