Common use of Services of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Services of Contractor. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to provide seasonal snow removal services for Xxxxxx Mountain Elementary School and Xxxxxxx Elementary School, and roadway sanding on the premises owned or leased by Teton County School District No. 1 (“TCSD Properties”) at Xxxxxxx Elementary School, Xxxxxx Elementary School, Xxxxxx Elementary School, Xxxxxx Mountain Elementary School, Xxxxxxx Hole Middle School, Xxxxxxx Hole High School, and Summit Innovations School, as more specifically described in the Snow Removal Services Scope of Work, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference herein, and as may be modified by written agreement between TCSD and Contractor from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement. Any and all services, duties, and work to be performed listed herein or on Exhibit A shall be collectively defined as the “Services.”
