SERVICES OF NOTICES. The Contractor hereby designates the business address, fax number, and email address specified in its bid, as the place where all notices, directions or other communications to the Contractor may be delivered, or to which they may be mailed. Any notice, direction, or communication from either party to the other shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given when (i) delivered personally; (ii) sent by certified mail, return receipt requested;
SERVICES OF NOTICES. Prompt Parking Corp. may service notices to You electronically at the e- mail address you have provided, via personal delivery, and/or reputable overnight carrier (e.g. Fedex, UPS, USPS) to the address you provided. Notices to Prompt Parking Corp. shall be via reputable overnight carrier delivered to XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxx, New Jersey 07731.
SERVICES OF NOTICES. Actual delivery of any such notice, direction or communication to the aforesaid place, or depositing it in a postpaid wrapper addressed thereto in any post office box (P.O. Box) regularly maintained by the United States Postal Service, shall be conclusively deemed to be sufficient service thereof upon the Contractor as the date of such delivery or deposit.
SERVICES OF NOTICES. Any notice from the Council may be served on a tenant either personally or by leaving it at their last known postal address or by fixing the same in a conspicuous manner at the allotment.
SERVICES OF NOTICES. 25.1 Any written notice given under this Contract shall be deemed to have been given and received:
(a) by handing the notice to the other party, in person; or
(b) by leaving it at the address of the other party as stated in this Contract; or
(c) by sending it by registered post to the address of the other party as stated in this Contract; or
(d) if sent by email to the other party’s last known email address. or
25.2 Any notice that is posted shall be deemed to have been served, unless the contrary is shown, at the time when by the ordinary course of post, the notice would have been delivered.

SERVICES OF NOTICES. 62.1 The Construction Manager hereby designates the business address on the initial page of this Agreement as the place where all notices, directions or other communications to the Construction Manager may be delivered, or to which they may be mailed. Actual delivery of any such notice, direction, or communication to the aforesaid place or deposit of the same in a postpaid wrapper addressed thereto in any post office box regularly maintained by the United States Post Office shall be conclusively deemed to be sufficient service thereof upon the Construction Manager as of the date of such delivery or deposit.
62.2 Such address may be changed at any time by an instrument in writing executed and acknowledged by the Construction Manager and delivered to the Director.
62.3 Nothing herein contained shall, however, be deemed to preclude or render inoperative the service of any notice, direction or other communication upon the Construction Manager personally, or, if the Construction Manager is a corporation, upon any officer or director thereof.

4.1 You must send all letters and notices to the council at the address given on the first page of this agreement. Service of notice by the council
4.2 Any notice or consent required in respect of the tenancy shall be validly served upon you if delivered or sent by post to either the dwelling or your last known address.
SERVICES OF NOTICES. A notice of other communication required or permitted under this agreement to be served on a person must be in writing and may be served:
(a) Personally on the person;
(b) By leaving it at the person’s current address for service;
(c) By posting it by prepaid post addressed to that person at the person’s current address for service; or
