Services Ordered. The Owner agrees that all providers of repair and maintenance services shall be deemed to be acting on behalf of the Owner and not the Broker. The Broker will not be liable to the Owner or others for any act, default or negligence on the part of such persons, contractors or other workmen, providing the Broker has taken reasonable care in engaging them or their employers.
