Services Performance. Contractor shall: (a) Provide sufficient staff of supervisory and labor personnel required to perform all phases of the move in and orderly, timely, and efficient manner. The supervisor shall remain onsite during the entire duration of the move and will be answerable to the Purchaser for all facets of job progression. (b) Ensure drivers are licensed to operate the class, weight and size of vehicle to which the driver is assigned. (c) Ensure trucks used to transfer furniture, equipment, and records are enclosed and labeled with the Contractor’s logo.
