SERVICES PERFORMED BY EMC. Upon request by Underwriters and acceptance and approval by EMC, EMC shall perform those mutually agreed upon services reasonably required to assist in the management, administration, and operation of Underwriters, which may include, but not be limited to, the services set out below. These services shall be performed in accordance with sound management techniques.
