Common use of Services Performed by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Services Performed by Landlord. Any services that Landlord is required to furnish pursuant to the provisions of this Lease may, at Landlord’s option, be furnished from time to time, in whole or in part, by employees of Landlord, by the managing agent of the Building, or by one or more third persons; and Landlord further reserves the right to require Tenant to enter into agreements with such third persons in form and content approved by Landlord for the furnishing of such services; provided, however, that in no event shall Landlord be relieved of its obligation to furnish such services as provided for in this Lease.
