Services Provided by TEN. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TEN agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, to TFMC and its Subsidiaries the Services described on Annex II, solely for purposes of the continued operation of the TFMC Business by TFMC and its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course consistent with how the TFMC Business was operated during the one-year period prior to the Effective Date.
