Common use of Services Provided by the Parties Clause in Contracts

Services Provided by the Parties. In order to continue the operation of the Secure ID Business and to facilitate the orderly and effective transition of the Digital Watermarking Business from Digimarc to DMRC and to assist in the continued operation and transition of the Secure ID Business, the DMRC Group and the Digimarc Group each shall provide to the other the Services set forth in Sections 1.2 and 1.3, respectively (collectively, the “Services”).
