Accounting/Data Services. TLO shall maintain a true and correct set of records to include but not be limited to, invoices, bills of lading, receipt tickets, transportation records, and delivery tickets; showing the date, crude petroleum amounts, receipt location and delivery location for all crude petroleum transported, and sufficient other detail to permit reasonable verification or correction of any charges to TRMC hereunder. TLO will provide TRMC with a secure electronic data feed, which shall accurately report all the above information and other information mutually agreed upon by the Parties on a current daily basis. TLO shall maintain such records for a period not less than five (5) years after performance of services hereunder pursuant to its corporate retention policy. TRMC, or its representatives, may, from time to time, at TRMC’s expense, audit any such records and TLO agrees to permit TRMC, or its representative, access to examine and audit such records at all reasonable times. TLO shall promptly refund to TRMC any amounts paid by TRMC in excess of amounts properly payable under the terms of the Agreement.

Accounting/Data Services. DKL shall maintain a true and correct set of records, including but not limited to invoices, bills of lading, receipt tickets, transportation records, and delivery tickets, showing the date, Product amounts, Receipt Point and Delivery Point for all Products transported, and sufficient other detail to permit reasonable verification or correction of any charges to Delek hereunder. DKL will provide Delek with a secure electronic data feed, which shall accurately report all the above information and other information mutually agreed upon by the Parties on a current daily basis. DKL shall maintain such records for a period not less than two (2) years after performance of the Transportation Services hereunder pursuant to its corporate retention policy. Delek, or its representatives, may, from time to time, at Delek’s expense, audit any such records, and DKL agrees to permit Delek, or its representative, access to examine and audit such records at all reasonable times during normal business hours. DKL shall promptly refund to Delek any amounts paid by Delek in excess of amounts properly payable under the terms of the Agreement.

  • Accounting Services The Manager will provide all accounting services customarily required by investment companies, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, rules and regulations and with the policies and practices of each Series as communicated to the Manager from time to time, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Portfolio Accounting Services (1) Maintain portfolio records on a trade date+1 basis using security trade information communicated from the Fund’s investment adviser.

  • Tax Accounting Services (1) Maintain accounting records for the investment portfolio of the Fund to support the tax reporting required for “regulated investment companies” under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).

  • Fund Accounting Services GFS may from time to time adopt procedures, or modify its procedures, to implement the terms of this Section. With respect to each Fund, GFS shall provide the following services subject to, and in compliance with, the objectives, policies and limitations set forth in the Trust’s Registration Statement, the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust, Bylaws, applicable laws and regulations, and resolutions and policies implemented by the Trust’s Board of Trustees (the “Board”):

  • VALUATION SUPPORT AND COMPUTATION ACCOUNTING SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following valuation support and computation accounting services for each Fund:  Journalize investment, capital share and income and expense activities;  Maintain individual ledgers for investment securities;  Maintain historical tax lots for each security;  Corporate action processing as more fully set forth in the SLDs;  Reconcile cash and investment balances of each Fund with the Fund’s custodian or other counterparties as applicable;  Provide a Fund’s investment adviser, as applicable, with the cash balance available for investment purposes at start-of-day and upon request, as agreed by the parties;  Calculate capital gains and losses;  Calculate daily distribution rate per share;  Determine net income;  Obtain security market quotes and currency exchange rates from pricing services approved by a Fund’s investment adviser, or if such quotes are unavailable, then obtain such prices from the Fund’s investment adviser, and in either case, calculate the market value of each Fund’s investments in accordance with the Fund's valuation policies or guidelines; provided, however, that BNY Mellon shall not under any circumstances be under a duty to independently price or value any of the Fund's investments, including securities lending related cash collateral investments (with the exception of the services provided hereunder to Funds utilized for such cash collateral investments), itself or to confirm or validate any information or valuation provided by the investment adviser or any other pricing source, nor shall BNY Mellon have any liability relating to inaccuracies or otherwise with respect to such information or valuations; notwithstanding the foregoing, BNY Mellon shall follow the established procedures and controls to identify exceptions, tolerance breaches, etc. and to research and resolve or escalate any pricing inaccuracies;  Application of the established automated price validation rules against prices received from third party vendors and review of exceptions as identified;  Calculate Net Asset Value in the manner specified in the Fund’s Offering Materials (which, for the service described herein, shall include the Fund’s Net Asset Value error policy);  Calculate Accumulated Unit Values (“AUV”) for select funds as mutually agreed upon between the parties;  Transmit or make available a copy of the daily portfolio valuation to a Fund’s investment adviser;  Calculate yields, portfolio dollar-weighted average maturity and dollar-weighted average life as applicable; and  Calculate portfolio turnover rate for inclusion in the annual and semi-annual shareholder reports.  For money market funds, obtain security market quotes and calculate the market-value Net Asset Value in accordance with the Fund’s valuation policies and guidelines at such times and frequencies as required by regulation and/or instruction from TRP.

  • Performance of Daily Accounting Services In addition to the maintenance of the books and records specified above, Ultimus shall perform the following accounting services daily for each Portfolio:

  • Accounting System Maintain a system of accounting that enables Borrowers to produce financial statements in accordance with GAAP and maintain records pertaining to the Collateral that contain information as from time to time reasonably may be requested by Agent. Borrowers also shall keep an inventory reporting system that shows all additions, sales, claims, returns, and allowances with respect to the Inventory.

  • Custody and Accounting Services All expenses of the transfer, receipt, safekeeping, servicing and accounting for the cash, securities, and other property of the Corporation, for the benefit of the Fund, including all charges of depositories, custodians, and other agents, if any;

  • Additional Accounting Services Ultimus shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each Portfolio:

  • Administrative and Accounting Services The Administrator shall perform or supervise the performance by others of other administrative services in connection with the operations of the Portfolios, and, on behalf of the Trust, will investigate, assist in the selection of and conduct relations with custodians, depositories, accountants, legal counsel, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and persons in any other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable for the Portfolios' operations. The Administrator shall provide the Trustees of the Trust with such reports regarding investment performance and compliance with investment policies and applicable laws, rules and regulations as they may reasonably request but shall have no responsibility for supervising the performance by any investment adviser or sub-adviser of its responsibilities. The Administrator may appoint a sub-administrator to perform certain of the services to be performed by the Administrator hereunder. The Administrator shall provide the Trust with administrative services, regulatory reporting, fund accounting and related portfolio accounting services, all necessary office space, equipment, personnel, compensation and facilities (including facilities for Shareholders' and Trustees' meetings) for handling the affairs of the Portfolios and such other services as the Trustees may, from time to time, reasonably request and the Administrator shall, from time to time, reasonably determine to be necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement. In addition, at the request of the Trust's Board of Trustees (the "Trustees"), the Administrator shall make reports to the Trustees concerning the performance of its obligations hereunder.
