SERVICES REQUIREMENTS. General Service requirements (1) The Provider must ensure that: (a) the Services are provided in a timely, equitable, and efficient manner to meet Service Users’ assessed needs; (b) the Services are provided in accordance with all relevant legislation; (c) Service delivery reflects current good practice and is provided by sufficient numbers of suitably skilled and qualified Staff, and that a professional approach is taken to all stages of Service delivery for Service Users; (d) Service User records and other information about the Services and related administrative processes meet legislative and accepted professional and sector standards; (e) it maintains formal and documented processes to plan and implement safe and timely treatments, referrals, and transfers; and (f) it co-operates and maintains linkages with other providers and community agencies to promote effective service delivery. (2) The Provider must support any public health campaigns that are being run by the DHB or Ministry, and that are relevant to the Services provided by the Provider, as reasonably required by the DHB.

(f) it co-operates operates, and maintains linkages a range of linkages, with other providers and community agencies to promote effective service delivery.
(2) The Provider must support participate in, or support, any public health campaigns that are relevant to the Services being run by the DHB or Ministry, and that are relevant to the Services provided by the Provider, as reasonably required by the DHB.
