Common use of Services to be Performed by Independent Contractor Clause in Contracts

Services to be Performed by Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor shall perform typical public relations and investor relations services (“the Services”) as an independent contractor to ChinaTel, including, but not limited to, consulting with the ChinaTel management concerning marketing surveys, investor accreditation, availability to expand investor base, investor support, strategic business planning, attendance at conventions and trade shows, assistance in the preparation and dissemination of press releases and stockholder communications, and such other activities as ChinaTel may request of Independent Contractor.

Services to be Performed by Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor shall perform typical public relations and investor relations consulting services (the “the Services”) of the following general description as an independent contractor to ChinaTel, includingChinaTel during the entire Agreement. The Services include, but are not limited to: introducing ChinaTel to potential acquisition target companies, consulting with the joint venture partners, and business development opportunities, including representing ChinaTel management concerning marketing surveysat meetings and presentations related to such opportunities, investor accreditation, availability to expand investor base, investor support, strategic business planning, attendance at conventions in Russia and trade shows, assistance in the preparation and dissemination of press releases and stockholder communications, and such other activities as ChinaTel may request Commonwealth of Independent ContractorStates of the Former Soviet Union.

Services to be Performed by Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor shall perform typical public relations and investor relations the following professional consulting services (“"Services") of the Services”) following general description as an independent contractor to ChinaTel, including, but not limited to, consulting with the ChinaTel management concerning marketing surveys, investor accreditation, availability to expand investor base, investor support, strategic business planning, attendance at conventions : Mergers and trade shows, assistance acquisitions of companies and various entities in the preparation and dissemination of press releases and stockholder communications, and such other activities as ChinaTel may request of Independent Contractorwireless broadband telecommunications business sector worldwide.
